We arrived in the middle of the night and the keypad batteries were dead so we couldn’t get in. We had to call the emergency help number, but they sent maintenance to help us get inside as 3am. The condo was nice enough, and location was good. Loved having the pool right outside the back door. Walk to the beach was easy. I’m not sure where they intended for a 6th person to sleep. There’s two beds that can sleep two people each and one that can sleep one. I assume the 6th person can sleep on the couch, but make sure you bring your own blankets because there are no extras. Only what’s on the beds. The bedding is very thin and beds are not the most comfortable, but overall everything was sufficient and we enjoyed our stay. We always love St. Augustine!

This place was a great stay. Host was great to work with and very responsive when had questions. Easy walk to beach and pool. Would stay again if we are in the area.

An excellent host, there was great communication. The place was super clean, just like it looks in the photos, and it’s a beautiful spot to disconnect and enjoy some relaxing days.

I wanted to stay forever, and never have to leave this place. The pool was right outside the back balcony which was perfect for the children. The space accommodated the 4 of us wonderfully (2 kids, myself and my boyfriend). The bed in the master room was SO comfy! The kitchen had every appliance and utensil we needed. The walk to the beach was nice and peaceful. I would 1000% stay here again and I would recommend this property to everyone! My family and I had a wonderful vacation to St. Augustine and we will definitely plan another trip in the future. Our host was very helpful and super responsive with any question I had. I only have nice things to say about my experience with this condo/host and the surrounding area. My wish is that every Airbnb host is as kind as this one! The property is beautiful, the condo was very up to date and modern. While simultaneously being a cozy little getaway for us, as we live in the Western NC mountains. 10/10 recommend this property.

Even though you are in a condo environment. The unit(s) feel private. Other guests/ residents are friendly. Matthew was quick to respond to any question. We will love to come back.

The location was fantastic for what we wanted for our vacation. The cleanliness and smoky smell was disappointing. The noisy neighbors above from 10p-3a lasted all week albeit attempts to inform management. Had to ask for the floors to be cleaned and left over trash removed under bed and couch and side bedroom tables, and for carpet to be vacuumed of sand. Upon entering and throughout the entire stay, the smoky smell was tough to endure since I'm highly sensitive to smoke. We made the best of it with bringing in spray and candles, etc... Not sure I'd rent this place again due to the inability to sleep soundly. Sorry - the onsite management and condo rental contacts were always helpful beforehand; however, the quality was not what I had expected.
